Dain Huston, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
I started with Willoughby Hearing in 1983. I began my career as an instrument repair technician. I can repair just about any hearing instrument on the market. I obtained my license to be a hearing aid specialist in Oregon and have been fulfilling that role for the last 21 years. My main goal is to bring crystal clear hearing to everyone I meet using all the knowledge I possess. During my down time, I enjoy black and white photography.
Melony Winchester, HIS
Director of Business Operations
I’ve had the honor of working in the hearing industry for nearly 18 years. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to reconnect patients to the sounds they’ve been missing. There is an art and a science to treating hearing loss and I’m thankful to be able to apply these skills directly to my patients every day.
Robert Gaustad, HIS-T
Hearing Instrument Specialist-in-Training
I began working at Willoughby Hearing in January of 2016. I love helping the patients. I love to see their faces the first time they put on the hearing aids and hear everything they have been missing. In my spare time I enjoy running, golfing, hockey and spending time with my daughters and watching their sports.
Anne Pacheco, BA, BC-HIS
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
I have worked for Willoughby Hearing since 2015 and have been a licensed hearing aid specialist for over seven years. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. My passion for better hearing stems from my parents’ hearing impairments, so I understand how hearing loss affects families. I have successfully fit hundreds of hearing aids, and I am willing to go the extra mile to make sure my patients receive the best possible results with their hearing instruments.
